Your fitting, step by step

• Book your free appointment online or by calling 0203 6745 347. Bring the shoes and the socks you usually wear. Appointments carry no obligation to buy.
• Free foot pressure scan. We map how you stand and walk to see exactly where your feet need support.
• Heat moulding. Your insoles are gently warmed, then moulded to your feet while you stand in a balanced position. The moulding itself takes just a few minutes.
• Ready to wear. Once cooled and set, they’re ready to take home the same visit. Start with a few hours a day and shorter runs, then build up as your feet get used to the support.
