Shoe Fitting in London

Looking for Shoe Fitting in London with a Free Pressure Scan?

At our Mayfair store on South Molton Street, we're London's dedicated Kybun and Joya specialists, and every fitting is built around one thing: finding the right shoe for your feet, your gait and whatever's been giving you trouble.

Our free, no-obligation shoe fitting takes around 30 minutes. Whether you're dealing with heel pain, back or knee discomfort, or you simply want shoes that feel as good at hour eight as they did at hour one, our team can advise you your feet and match you to the right pair.

What Happens During Your Shoe Fitting

When you book a shoe fitting with us, here's what to expect:

Foot length and width measurement: We measure width and length dimensions - most people are a different size in each foot, and a lot of foot pain simply comes down to wearing the wrong size for years without knowing it.

A free foot pressure scan: Using our in-store pressure scanning technology, we map exactly where your weight lands as you stand and walk, highlighting areas carrying excess pressure that need extra support or cushioning.

Matching shoes to health complaints. If you're fitting us in because of a specific issue - plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, bunions, arthritis, or pain in your knees, hips or lower back - we'll talk through what's going on and recommend styles designed to help, drawing on Kybun and Joya's Swiss soft-sole and air-cushion technology.

Fitting around your own orthotics. Already wear prescribed orthotics or insoles? We'll fit shoes to work with them, checking depth, width and volume so your orthotics sit properly rather than fighting the shoe.

Trying shoes on and walking in them. You'll try on a shortlist of styles and walk around the store so we (and you) can see and feel how each one performs.

Advice on wide fits, half sizes and swelling. If you need extra width, deal with swollen feet later in the day, or have struggled to get a comfortable fit anywhere else, we'll talk you through the options that actually accommodate this.

Lifestyle and footwear advice. Standing all day at work, on your feet in a shop or hospital, or need something for walking the dog rather than work? We'll factor in how and where you'll be wearing your shoes.

Shoe care and break-in guidance. We'll also explain how to look after your new shoes and what to expect as the soft-sole technology beds in, so they keep performing the way they should.

Our Shoe Fittings feature no-obligation to buy and are completely free of charge.

Who a Shoe Fitting Can Help

Our shoe fittings are especially useful if you're dealing with:

  • Plantar fasciitis or heel spurs
  • Back, hip or knee pain
  • Bunions (hallux valgus)
  • Big toe stiffness (hallux rigidus)
  • Ball-of-foot pain (metatarsalgia)
  • Flat feet or fallen arches
  • Achilles tendon discomfort
  • Diabetes-related foot care needs
  • General joint strain

Or simply shoes that have never quite fitted right

If none of these quite describes you, that's fine too - plenty of people book a fitting just to finally get properly measured and find shoes that are genuinely comfortable.

Why Book With Us

We're a specialist Kybun and Joya store - it's all we do, so it's what we know best. Both brands use patented Swiss soft-sole and air-cushion technology, designed to cushion every step, encourage a more natural walking motion and take pressure off your joints.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the shoe fitting really free?
Yes - your shoe fitting, including the foot pressure scan, is completely free with no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

How long does a shoe fitting take?
Around 30 minutes, visit us in-store in Mayfair London.

Can I get a shoe fitting if I already wear orthotics?
Yes. We regularly fit Joya shoes to work alongside prescribed orthotics and custom insoles.

Do you only sell Kybun and Joya shoes?
We specialise exclusively in these two Swiss brands, which is what lets us give such detailed, expert fittings.

Do I need to book in advance?
We'd recommend it so we can make sure a fitting specialist is free for your visit, but drop-ins are welcome where possible.

What should I bring to my fitting?
If you have them, bring any orthotics or insoles you currently wear, plus a pair of socks you'd normally wear with shoes.
