Kybun Joya by Foot Comfort Shoes and joya.swiss are seperate companies. We cannot accept Kybun or Joya returns from other retailers, your order must be returned to joya.swiss directly.
What is your returns policy?
Items purchased can be returned within 28 days of purchase using the returns form on your packing slip
• All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging, in order for a refund to be processed. If this is not the case, we cannot guarantee your return will be accepted.
• To obtain a refund, proof of purchase must be provided for the item you wish to return.
• Should you be posting your item, please ensure you use a tracked service as Foot Comfort Shoes Limited is not responsible for any items lost in transit to us.
• You cannot cancel your contract in respect of custom-ordered goods unless they are faulty, damaged upon delivery or the incorrect item has been supplied.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, should you need to change size, please return your original order and place a new order.
Once your item has been received, a refund will be processed in up to 10 working days. You’ll be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Please be advised that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show into your account.
We kindly inform you that we do not offer free returns. If you wish to return your shoes, the cost of return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility.

Faults
We stand behind the quality of every pair of our shoes. Our goal is to help you stay active and comfortable in what you love doing most.
If your shoes develop a material or manufacturing fault within 12 months of delivery, we may be able to assist under our warranty policy.
What’s Not Covered
- Products found at Foot Comfort Shoes Limited’s sole discretion to be free of material or workmanship defects
- Footwear returned more than 12 months after purchase
- Issues related to size, fit, or style
- Shoes showing excessive wear, misuse, or alteration
- Normal wear and tear
- Shoes not purchased directly from Foot Comfort Shoes Limited
- Shoe purchased directly from kybun Swiss or Joya Swiss
How to Request an Inspection
- Email photos of the suspected fault and your original order number to: info@footcomfortshoes.co.uk
- If we can’t assess the issue from photos, you may be asked to return your shoes for inspection.
Return Requirements
- Your return must include the original order number.
- Shipments without an order number will be returned to the sender without inspection*.
- If no return address is provided, the package will be destroyed, and Foot Comfort Shoes Limited will not replace its contents.
Foot Comfort Shoes Limited Is Not Responsible For
- Returns lost in shipping
- Issue due to misuse or warranty guidelines not being followed
Inspection Process
- Once received, your product will be inspected by Foot Comfort Shoes Limited
- If Foot Comfort Shoes Limited** determines at its sole discretion that a material or workmanship defect exists, we’ll issue a replacement.
- If a replacement is issued, the original product will not be returned
We aim to complete all warranty inspections within 28 days of receiving your shoes.
*if a fault is found, postage to the value of £5.00 will be refunded.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This applies to orders shipped to the European Union Only.
